  • For booking of Mandap or Guest Rooms an advance payment as decided by the Mandap Management has to be made depending on the availability of the Mandap on that particular date. The amount of advance payment to be made will depend upon the nature and type of function.
  • In case of cancellation of booking, no request for refund of booking amount will be entertained whatsoever.If any refund is to be made depending on the circumstances it will  only be at the sole discretion of the Mandap management.
  • Balance & final payment is to be made by the client/party atleast 24 hrs prior to the function. If such payment is not made accordingly the Mandap management reserves the right to stop such function from taking place/cancellation of booking.
  • For operating high decibel sound systems & bursting of crackers all the necessary permission/license has to be obtained by the party/client from the concerned local authorities/district administration. We shall not permit use of high decibel sound systems beyond permissible limits and time. 
  • Any other statutory license/permission as required under the law shall have to be obtained by the client from the concerned authorities.
  • The client/ party has to make a security deposit as fixed by the Mandap management before the function.Any damages caused to the Mandap and its assets by the client/ party or their guests will have to be borne by the client/party. The value of the damages will be assessed on the basis of cost price or market price of the damages. In case the cost of damages exceed the security deposit given by the client, then the client has to make payment for the differential amount.
  • During booking the client has to sign an Agreement providing all details including the clients name, address, contact nos., advance amount and balance payment, facilities to be provided by the Mandap.
